Biography of Alhaj Nisar Ahmad Faizi Ghoryani
Alhaj Nisar Ahmad Faizi Ghoryani, the son of the late Haji Faiz Mohammad Ghoryani, was born in 1965 in Gozar Nazari related to the fifth district of Herat city in a religious family.
He started his primary education by learning the Holy Quran and the basics of religious sciences and became acquainted with the recitation of this pure divine book.
in order to learn the lessons of the school course, he attended in Moafaq school of Herat and successfully completed the elementary school, in this school and the high school course in Bakhtar high school of Mazar-e-Sharif.
He received his bachelor’s degree in administration and diplomacy in 2017, despite many duties and responsibilities.
